"Wreaths & Waves"

parade starts at 5:30pm

PADZ will be doing a ship & sailor theme this year, with holiday touches of course. We've got the ships (wait 'til you seem 'em!), now we need the sailors! We encourage folks to wear "swabbie" clothes - dark pants and denim tops. Or deck your dogs out as shipmates.

Don't be discouraged, however, if you don't have the duds, we'd love to have you and your dog/s join us for the fun no matter what!

Please arrive at our parade location at 4:30 p.m. We are #36 in the parade, our line-up position is on the south side of E. Street, west of Second.

There will be some parking available at the Silverado Senior Living, Ecke Sports Park on Saxony Road, or at the Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas parking lot. A free shuttle will be running from 4:30 - 9:00

Let's show the city we are a strong group, and we appreciate the support they have recently given to our cause. Please e-mail us at info@padz.org, sign up at the dog park, or leave a message for Lu Meyer at 436-3571, if you plan to attend.

We could use some help getting our ship ready to sail (day or evening), it takes work in dry dock to prepare for launch. We may also need help (trucks or vans) to carry its 3 parts to and from the parade, in addition will get a prime parking spot at Moonlight Beach.
